Excited to:
- Carry a Christmas tree from the tree lot to our apartment (yep, we drive a Corolla)
- And then decorate it with our faux-glass ornaments from Big Lots
- Get Mrs. Mitchell's recipe for pumpkin bread so I can make it 100 times over and die of pumpkin happiness
- Listen to Vince Guaraldi again
- Not go to work for a lot of days in a row come December 12th
- And have some time to reflect on life
- See Aaron get cranky whenever we walk into a store that's playing Christmas music, and call him "The Grinch"
- Go ice skating, hurt my flat feet, and probably injure myself somewhat seriously
- Eat some syrupy-delicious Roscoe's Christmas chicken & waffles with the high school ministry volunteers
- Witness my longsuffering mother-in-law pass out from shock on Christmas day when we bring her the 8x10 from our wedding she requested, let's just say, a while ago
- Continue being a Christmas sap!
*This post is dedicated to Jesus' birthday, even though he was born in September. Thanks for letting us slide on that, Jesus. I still think the Feast of Tabernacles is awesome.

Ah yes..."it's the most wonderful time of the year...."
Now if you're telling me that Roscoe's has special Christmas chicken, I'm going TODAY! :-)
Vince G.: genius.
Don't forget to add KOST 103.5 and even KFSH 95.9. But like Aaron, after awhile, their rotation drives me nuts! There are more great Christmas tunes than the 25 or so they play every hour. That makes me cranky!
Merry Christmas Amanda and Aaron!
Thanks Joe! Merry Christmas to you and your family too :)
Roscoe's is not doing anything special as far as I know - sorry for the false advertising! However, it will be special because it'll be first Roscoe's experience for a lot of the high school leaders... they HAVE to eat the chicken and waffles together or we might not buy them dinner!
